SYMPOSIUM SITE AND DATES

The Symposium will be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, July 8-11, 2003 at the State Educational Center (SEC) of the Ministry of Russian Federation on Atomic Energy, 4, Aerodromnaya Str.

ACCOMMODATION

As the Symposium will be held a week after the splendid celebration of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg, it will be extremely difficult to get hotel accommodation. In view of it, the Organizing Committee has booked long in advance a limited number of rooms at the hotels located nearby the conference site. The names of hotels and numbers of rooms available for participants are listed below:

5 DBL rooms (price $ 140)

SAINT-PETERSBURG HOTEL (breakfast is included)
30 SNGL rooms (price $ 75)

HOTEL at the State Educational Center
40 SNGL rooms (price $ 40)
40 DBL rooms (price $ 23 per person)

The rooms will be preferably provided for the preregistered participants
(see Registration Fee: Preliminary Registration).

To reserve the room, please, contact local organizer, Ms. Tatiana Mikhailova. Please, specify the hotel, type of room, and dates of stay. Note that the reservation of the room in MOSCOW and SAINT-PETERSBURG hotels requires full prepayment not later than 10 days before your arrival. Tatiana will provide you with the bank account for the corresponding transaction. Room reservation at the hotel of the State Educational Center does not require prepayment.
